DJ Johnson

DJ is originally from Lititz, PA. He attended Lebanon Valley College where he received both his Bachelor's of Health Science degree and later his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a prior three-sport high school athlete and college football player, DJ was always interested in optimizing human performance and maximizing the abilities of the body. Once he began practicing physical therapy, he achieved additional certification in strength and conditioning through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has enjoyed working with patients of all ages, including many high-level athletes, and later became a national specialist in concussion management and rehabilitation. DJ provides high-quality, one-on-one, specialized care that utilizes muscle activation, myofascial release, cupping, taping, and soft-tissue/joint mobilizations. In his free time, DJ enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, working out, watching sports, walking his two goldendoodles, and serving in children's ministry at his church.
