Patti Rizzi

Patti has been working in the medical field for over 20 years, with a focus on billing and accounts receivable since 2002. 

She loves being part of the team at Philo Physical Therapy, especially because of the way everyone genuinely cares about both the patients and the staff. Patti really enjoys interacting with the patients, making sure they feel supported and taken care of throughout their journey. She’s proud to be part of such a great team that works together to help each other and create a positive environment for everyone.

When she’s not at work, Patti loves cooking up meals for her family, spending time with them, and going on walks with her dog. She also loves visiting her hometown in upstate New York whenever she gets the chance—it’s a place that always feels like home and gives her a sense of calm and nostalgia.
