Rachel Kemmerling

Rachel is from Bernville, Pennsylvania and attended West Chester University for Nutrition & Dietetics before transferring to Penn State University where she graduated with a B.A. in Strategic Communications - Advertising and Public Relations.  Rachel was the first official employee of Philo Physical Therapy when the Elverson location opened in 2021 and has gained valuable experience learning all aspects of administration, billing, and HR within the company. Her time spent with Philo and her previous experience in a busy medical practice setting has led her to enjoy coordinating company operations and taking a behind-the-scenes role in Human Resources. When Rachel is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, reading good books, and trying new food.
